Digital Millennium Copyright Act Policy

Welcome to our website (‘Site’). We value and respect intellectual property rights and expect the same from others. Under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), copyright owners or their representatives can submit a takedown notice to us. As an internet service provider, we are protected by the DMCA’s ‘safe harbor’ provisions against copyright infringement claims.

Notice of Infringement – Claim

  1. You must provide a signature of the copyright owner or authorized representative.
  2. Clearly identify the copyrighted work that has been infringed.
  3. Provide details to locate the infringing material, such as the URL of the page.
  4. Include your contact information like name, address, email, phone number, and fax number.
  5. State that you believe the material is being used without authorization.
  6. Confirm that the information provided is accurate and that you have the authority to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

Section 512(f) of Title 17 USC allows for penalties against those who provide false information in a copyright infringement notice. If you need to send a takedown notice, please do so through our Contact page via email for a prompt response.

By submitting a claim, you acknowledge that your information may be shared with the alleged infringer. If you wish to contest a takedown notice, you can send a counter notification to our DMCA Agent.

Counter Notification – Restoration of Material

  1. Provide your signature.
  2. Describe the material removed and its original location.
  3. Assert under penalty of perjury that the removal was a mistake.
  4. Include your contact information and consent to jurisdiction for legal matters.

If you receive a takedown notice and believe it was a mistake, you can send a counter notification through our Contact page.

Repeat Infringer Policy

We have a strict policy regarding repeat copyright infringement. We keep a record of DMCA notices and take action against repeat offenders by terminating their accounts.

Modifications

We reserve the right to update our DMCA policy and procedures. We recommend checking back regularly for any changes.
